Credits and searches
Halfbuilt grants three allowances every week, and each is spent on one thing. Searching draws your weekly allowance of businesses to find, settled only when a business is actually added to your workspace. Existing, suppressed and duplicate businesses are never charged, and unused reservations release after a partial or failed search.
Opening a business spends one lead credit, which buys its contact details and its site audit. A website build brief spends one build credit, and nothing is charged if it fails. All three refill on Monday at 00:00 UTC and none roll over.
Opportunity scores
Scores combine measured website need with public business-quality signals. Every awarded rule is shown with its points and source. The score prioritises review; it does not predict a sale.
Audits and evidence
Halfbuilt combines public business information, measured site checks and controlled screenshots. It reports only supported, approved issues. A failed audit can be retried without another lead credit.
Drafts and responsible outreach
Drafts only reference verified issue IDs and remain editable. You must approve them before copying or export. Halfbuilt does not scrape email addresses or send messages automatically.
Billing and cancellation
Manage payment details, invoices, plan changes and cancellation in the secure billing portal. Existing data remains readable if payment requires attention; new searches and generations pause after the grace period.
Privacy and deletion
Export workspace data from Settings. Account deletion has a seven-day recovery period, immediately pauses new processing and revokes public audit links.
Contact
Signed-in users can open Support in the workspace. You can also email support@halfbuilt.com.au. The launch response target is one Australian business day.
