• Pro — A$29 a month. 100 businesses to find, 25 lead credits and 6 build credits a week.

How credits work

The weekly allowance is rented: it refills every Monday at 00:00 UTC, and what you did not use does not carry. Credits bought in a pack are owned — they sit in the workspace until spent, and no plan change or period roll touches them. The allowance is always spent first, so the pool that expires goes before the pool that does not.

The refill is weekly but the bill is monthly, and the two are on separate clocks on purpose: a week is the rhythm the work actually runs on, and waiting a month for the next allowance is longer than any prospecting habit survives.

What spends a credit

Two things do, and they are metered separately. A search spends one ticket per business it adds to the workspace, and returns previews — what each business is, where, how it is rated and whether it has a website. Opening one spends a lead credit, which reveals the business and starts the audit behind it. A business you already hold, or one you have suppressed, costs nothing either way: it was never added.

Starting a search still holds the credits it might need, so two searches cannot both plan to spend the last five. Nothing is taken: the hold is released the moment the search finishes, whether it found everything or failed halfway. A balance that looks low mid-search is a hold, not a charge.

Businesses you never open are cleared thirty days after the search that found them, and cost nothing.

Changing plan

Upgrades, downgrades, cards, invoices and cancellation all happen in the Stripe billing portal, reached from Billing in the workspace. Halfbuilt never sees your card details.

A downgrade takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and the current week keeps the allowance it was granted — the product does not take back credits you have already been given. The smaller allowance applies from the next weekly refill.

When a payment fails

Existing data stays readable. New work — searches, audits, generations — pauses once the grace period after a failed payment runs out, and resumes the moment payment succeeds. Nothing is deleted for non-payment.

Refunds and cancellation

Cancel in the portal at any time; the plan runs to the end of the period already paid for and then stops. See the terms for the rest, and Workspace and settings for exporting your data before you go.
